Website Redesign

March 7th, 2009

//**Update**// 03/11/09 (3:32pm) – We took the site down. Sorry for that we hope to put the new homepage up but don’t want to have an incomplete site. Thanks

//** Update **// 03/11/09 – Site update is going  a little slower then expected but should be finishing up Thursday evening.

We will be posting the updates on our redesign in this post. Everyone currently on our mailing list will receive this notice. All current client projects and updates will continue without interruption.

We are currently revamping our look. We do this from time to time to make sure our website suite’s our needs. Our site will look more incomplete before it looks better and we will be down for about one day mid week. We will keep the blog updated with our status.

This Week in Updates

March 1st, 2009

Well this should be a pretty big week around MDS. We are going to rolling out our new website(hopefully) by the end of the week and our new support system will be launched as well.

The new support system is going to work for everyone looking to update their website, report a website problem, add a new email address to their account, or report an email problem.

We look forward to making updates faster and more efficient on both ends of the spectrum. The new support system will allow us to archive all your support request in one area and keep track of updates and issues easily.

On a side note just last week we launched our new PayNow billing feature we will make this much more visible in our new site design so stay tuned to our blog for updates.

We continue to roll out features that will make things easier for you and help you minimize the time spent updating your website and maximize the ease of use.

Our blog will remain at http://blog.mdswebstudios.com other pages of our website are subject to change with the new release.
